Booking and cancellation policy
At Waterlily, we value your time and ours, and we do our best to ensure every appointment runs smoothly and on time.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another client.
Late cancellations and missed appointments

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (no-shows) may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment to secure future bookings.
Deposits
To secure certain appointments, we may request a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your service.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and each situation will be considered individually.
